TELEASSISTENZA - SERVIZIO BASE
REMOTE ASSISTANCE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
We manage in real-time all alarms sent by the user through the tele-help device: we understand the problem and respond to the need, activating the most appropriate form of help or rescue.

We monitor the progress of each emergency/urgency, calling the user and/or their family members until the event is resolved, according to an established protocol.

We call our users every week to find out how they are doing; we update their information and check the operation of the device, always asking for a test of the alarm.

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE WITH KEY SAFEKEEPING
If the situation requires it, we send trained first-aid workers to the home who open the door, check the situation, provide initial help to the user and facilitate the work of the rescuers (service only active in some Italian provinces).

SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The Telecare service is supported by a dedicated and proprietary management system. The user's personal information is recorded and regularly updated: biographical data, medical history, family and private network, rescuers, habits, referral services and events during the intake, and call history diary.

We remotely monitor the well-being and health of our users, using simple and reliable devices. La TeleSalute by Televita si basa su un Centro Servizi che rende possibile l’utilizzo delle tecnologie da parte dei soggetti fragili e supporta l’empowerment del paziente rispetto al suo percorso di salute. It provides for different services of varying intensity, to be combined in a customised package.
VITAL PARAMETER DETECTION

- Parameter recording: we automatically record values for parameters such as blood pressure, blood haemoglobin, temperature, blood glucose, weight
- Telephone alert: in the event of non-measurement we call the user to remind him/her and verify what has happened

HEALTH AGENDA*
We support our users by reminding them how and when to take their medication or go to appointments for examinations and medical check-ups; we carry out tele-coaching, promoting healthy lifestyles (diet plan, motor activities...), always in synergy with health services and family members.

PALESTRA GYMNASIUM*
We train our users' brain functions (memory, attention, use of language) through an innovative 'science-based' telephone programme with activities to counteract decay and stimulate cognitive functions.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The data on the parameters and personal information of each user are recorded and regularly updated within a dedicated management platform, which is also always available to the doctor and the healthcare professionals treating him or her.
